• Towing to the nearest qualified facility or your chosen shop
• Battery jump-start service
• Flat-tire change (with usable spare)
• Lockout assistance
• Emergency fuel, oil, fluid, or water delivery (fluids not included)

If your vehicle experiences a covered breakdown, simply contact a local licensed roadside provider for immediate help — then submit your receipt for reimbursement.

The PAC program makes filing for reimbursement quick and transparent. Within 60 days of the roadside event, submit:

A copy of your repair invoice from The Garage MKG (showing date, vehicle info, and your name).

A copy of your roadside service provider’s invoice or proof of payment.

A short note including your contact details, vehicle information, and description of the incident.
